v2.4 · just shipped
Run client work from a single timeline that knows about your hours, retainers, and deliverables. Replace six disconnected tools with one OS built for studios and freelancers.
Trusted by studios who'd rather be making things than managing them
Product
Built specifically for client services teams of 1–25. No generic CRM that secretly wants you to be selling SaaS.
Drag deals across stages and watch revenue forecasting update in real time. Stage history, auto-assignment, and per-rep weighted forecasts.
Every task knows its hours and budget. The dashboard flags over-budget projects in red before the invoice goes out, not after.
Track hours against a monthly bucket. Roll-over rules. Auto-pause when the cap hits. Your accountant is going to like you again.
Polymorphic timeline across clients, deals, projects, and tasks. Every status change, every note, every drop into Won — searchable.
How it works
Import existing clients, deals and projects from a CSV — or just start typing. Five minutes from sign-up to your first piece of value.
Drag a deal to Won. Move a task across the kanban. Add a note. The activity log captures everything; nothing falls between Slacks.
Your retainer hours, project budgets, and won deals roll up to a single number per month. Export to your invoicing tool, or use ours.
Built for
From the freelancer who's tired of cobbling tools together, to the studio lead who can't see what their team is doing this week.
1 person, 5–10 active clients
3–10 person teams
10–25 person teams
Pricing
No usage gates, no per-feature add-ons. Three plans because three is enough.
Everything below, for every workspace, with no card and no trial clock.
Indicative pricing for small studios. Not yet available — you will be told before anything changes.
For larger teams with bespoke billing or compliance needs. Tell us what you need and we'll be straight about whether we have it.
Studios using Nucle.OS
“Switched from a Notion + Airtable + Toggl Frankenstein to Nucle.OS in a weekend. The first Friday I didn't spend the afternoon reconciling timesheets, I sent the team home early.”
“The retainer view alone paid for the year. We used to lose 6–8 hours a month to overage we forgot to bill for.”
“Onboarding a new contractor used to mean three Notion invites and a Google Drive cleanup. Now it's one magic link.”
FAQ
HubSpot wants to be everything to everyone, which means it's mostly for SaaS sales teams. Nucle.OS is purpose-built for client services: retainer hours, project profitability, and a kanban that doesn't pretend deliverables and deals are the same thing.
Yes — CSV import for clients, companies, contacts, deals and projects, from Settings → Import once you're in. Bring us a messy export and we'll help you map it; during early access that help is hands-on.
Every table is protected by Postgres row-level security, so one workspace cannot read another's rows even if the application layer is bypassed. We're hosted on Supabase in the EU, which takes automated backups of the database. We're not SOC 2 certified and we won't pretend otherwise — if you need a formal audit trail before you can sign, talk to us and we'll tell you honestly where we are.
Nothing. Nucle.OS is in early access and every workspace is free while we finish billing. There's no card, no trial clock, and nothing switches off on you. When we do introduce paid plans we'll give you notice and a choice — we won't convert you silently.
You can export clients, companies, contacts, deals, projects and tasks to CSV from Settings → Export, or download the lot as a zip. Broader coverage — invoices, time, documents and the rest — is being worked on. If you ever want everything, ask and we'll get it to you; we're not going to hold your data hostage.
Not yet. There's no public REST API or webhooks today, and no docs site — anything you read to the contrary was us getting ahead of ourselves. It's on the roadmap; if you need it to commit, tell us and it'll shape the order we build in.
Yes, and during early access there's no seat limit. Inviting someone is one email and they pick their own sign-in method. Roles are fully custom — you decide exactly what each person can see and do.
Spin up a workspace in under a minute. Bring your team in over coffee. Bill smarter by the end of the month.
Free in early access · no card · your data stays yours
