Terms of Service

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. They are between you (or the organisation you are acting for) and No-Code District, who operate Nucle.OS.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

Nucle.OS is not a finished product. Right now that means:

• It is free. There is no charge, no card, and no trial clock.
• Features may change, and some advertised on the marketing site are still being built. Where something does not exist yet we say so.
• There is no uptime guarantee or service level agreement. We work to keep it up; we do not promise a number we cannot yet stand behind.
• We may contact you about how you are using it. That is the point of early access.

When we introduce paid plans we will give you reasonable notice and a genuine choice. We will not convert a free workspace into a paid one without you actively agreeing.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in details secure and managing who you invite into your workspace.

You must be at least 16 and must give us accurate details. If you invite colleagues, you are responsible for their use of the service.

You own everything you put into Nucle.OS. We claim no rights over it beyond what we need to run the service for you — storing it, backing it up, showing it to the people you have given access.

We will not sell it, and we will not use it to train machine learning models.

You can export the main record types at any time from Settings → Export. If you need something the export does not cover, ask us.

Where you put other people’s personal data into the product — your clients and their contacts — our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms.

Do not use Nucle.OS to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email. The sequences feature is for people who have a relationship with you or a lawful basis for contact. Spam damages the sending reputation every customer shares.
• Break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights.
• Upload malware, or attempt to access a workspace that is not yours.
• Probe, scan or load-test the service without asking us first. Ask — we will usually say yes.
• Resell the service without a written agreement.

If you do any of these we may suspend the workspace. Where the situation allows it we will contact you first.

We aim to keep Nucle.OS running and to fix problems quickly, but during early access we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure or a formal response time.

Support is by email at hello@nucleos.app and through the in-app support form. It reaches the people who build the product.

You can stop using Nucle.OS at any time and delete your workspace from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and permanent, including your files — export first if you want a copy.

We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue it we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

Nucle.OS is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data beyond what we can restore.

Because the service is currently free, our total liability is limited to £100. Once you are paying us, it will be limited to what you paid in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders and update the date at the top. If you continue using the service afterwards, that is acceptance. If you would rather leave, export your data and delete your workspace.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
