Prices exclude VAT. Any tax that applies is added at checkout, based on where your business is — if you have a valid VAT number we will collect it there and reverse-charge where that applies.
You keep your own Stripe or GoCardless for taking payment, and your accountant keeps Xero — Nucle.OS raises the invoice, it does not collect it.
The small print, large
What happens at the edges.
The questions that only get asked after somebody has already paid, answered before.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace goes read-only. Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden — you can read and export everything in it for as long as you like, and it comes straight back the moment a subscription starts.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Fourteen days, no card, nothing held back. We ask for one only when you decide to keep going.
What if I add someone mid-month?
Seats are prorated. Adding a seat charges the rest of the period immediately; removing one credits the remainder against the next invoice.
What if I switch plans?
Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you never lose time you bought.
What counts as usage?
Call recording minutes, voice minutes, email sends and contact enrichments — the four things with a per-unit cost behind them. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, shown on the card. Everything else is unmetered.
What if I go over the allowance?
Nothing is cut off and, today, nothing extra is charged. Usage is metered so you and we can both see it in Settings → Billing, and if that ever changes it will be with notice and a price stated up front — not quietly on an invoice. Assistant and voice usage runs on your own API key, so you are billed by your provider directly and we will never charge for it twice.
Monthly or yearly?
Both. Yearly is billed once and works out cheaper per seat — the rate is on each card. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect when the year you have paid for runs out.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing, without emailing anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the workspace goes read-only rather than away.
Included on every plan
All 30 modules, on the cheapest tier too.

Also asked
Before you put a card in.
What does it cost right now?
Fourteen days free, with no card asked for to start and nothing held back. After that a workspace needs a subscription to keep editing — £24 a month for one person, £35 per seat for a team. If you decide not to, nothing is deleted: the workspace goes read-only and you can still read and export everything in it, for as long as you like.
Can I get my data out?
You can export clients, delivery clients, contacts, deals, projects, tasks, lists, leads and an index of your documents to CSV from Settings → Export, or download the lot as a zip. Broader coverage — invoices, time entries, notes and email — is being worked on. If you ever want everything, ask and we'll get it to you; we're not going to hold your data hostage.
Can I bring my whole team in?
Yes, and while we're in early access there's no seat limit at all. Inviting someone is one email and they pick their own sign-in method. Roles are fully custom — you decide exactly what each person can see and do, across all thirty modules.
The rest are on the FAQ.
